It's Official...All 4 Of 'The Voice' Judges Returning For Season 2

The show may have just ended it's first season last night but the hype is still going on about NBC's The Voice.

NBC has now confirmed that all four of the judges/coaches on The Voice - Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton - will be returning for the second season!

The show is set to resume mid-season on Mondays at 8pm.

“Our fantastic coaches were integral to the tremendous success of The Voice this year, and we are thrilled that they are all returning,” said Paul Telegdy Alternative Programming at NBC and Universal Media Studios. “We look forward to building Season 2 and making The Voice an even greater experience for fans.”

I think it's pretty awesome that the musicians will all be returning and didn't let the shows huge ratings (or Christina's much higher pay) go to their heads.

'The Voice' Has It's First Winner! {Spoiler Alert}

I've heard fantastic things about The Voice but gotta admit, I've never seen it. I'll definitely catch it next season though.

Each of The Voice's final four contestants – Javier Colon, Dia Frampton, Vicci Martinez and Beverly McClellan – sang their hearts out on the grueling first season of NBC's hit show. 

But only one finalist could be the winner. Who was the lucky person?

Javier Colon!

Adam Levine's protégé earned enough viewers' votes to win Wednesday's finale, his celebrity coach proud and taking home a recording contract and $100,000 prize. 

"Wow. Thank you. I don't even know where to begin other than to say that the three women behind here are absolutely awesome," he said through tears as confetti fell around him. "I want to thank everybody at home who believed in me and voted for me and [I want to thank] my family." 

 The runner-up, who only had 2% less votes was Dia Frampton of Team Blake Shelton.

Javier's performance for the night was "Landslide" which he performed with Stevie Nicks.

Christina Aguilera Has New Job With NBC

Just a day after her arrest fiasco occurred the singer and occasional actress Christina Aguilera signed on to be a judge/coach on NBC's new show 'The Voice'. 

'The Voice' is a new singing competition which will be a lot like 'American Idol'. Participants will compete to win $100,000 and a record deal with Universal Republic. The host of the show will be Carson Daly and will air April 26. 

Christina will be joining fellow judges Hip Hop artist Cee Lo Green and 'Maroon 5' frontman Adam Levine for the show.

I'm not a fan of 'American Idol' so I won't be tuning in for this show either. The fact that it's a like a low-budget Idol doesn't do it for me. Nice try NBC but maybe you can try coming up with something more original next time around.
