Evan Rachel Wood Talks About Her Tooth Being Knocked Out...

I never used to like Evan Rachel Wood very much but after the way she talks about how she dealt with losing a tooth on her birthday last week, I sort of like her a lot better. Girls' got a sense of humor...

"It was just past midnight and I was dancing with my friends in Paris," The Ides of March star tells PEOPLE at the Toronto Film Festival. "And just boom, I caught an elbow right in the left side of my face. I knew right away when I closed my mouth that something was really wrong."

 Wood claims she was "kinda in shock" but then started to laugh.

"I was quoting The Hangover and I went, 'Oh my God, I look like a nerdy hillbilly!" she says. "But the person that did it was crying because they felt so bad."

She's had a couple of days to recover from the dancing mishap and now has a fake tooth, she's even decided to make the best out of it.

"I'll never forget my 24th birthday when my tooth got punched out," she says. "And for a second I was like, it would be really hilarious if I sold it on eBay. But I can't, that's just too creepy. I don't think I can go there."

Evan Rachel Wood Get Tooth Knocked Out..

Yesterday may have been the actress' 24th birthday but she'll always remember it as the day some jerk went buck wild on the dance floor and knocked her tooth out.

Sad stuff.

Turns out the True Blood alum was in a Paris nightclub with friends, celebrating her birthday when an erratic dancer threw an elbow in her direction and elbowed her right in the kisser. Evan Rachel Wood suffered a fat lip & tooth loss.

Her rep confirmed the news to TMZ and still has plans to continue her European promotion of her new flick 'Ides of March' and has of course already made an appointment with a dentist to have that tooth replaced.

Being elbowed hurts like hell, I can't even image what it was like having it done & then realizing your now sporting 'The Hangover - Stu' look.

Photos Of 'True Blood' Cast At The L.A. Premiere...

The hot cast of True Blood gathered in Los Angeles for the 4th season premiere of the show.

In a previous post I commented on the fact that I liked the outfit Evan Rachel Wood was sporting, unfortunately I can't say the same for Anna Paquin. I really don't care for the see through middle section of the dress or the purple lines...it looks very swap meet.

The show is set to premiere on HBO, this Sunday, June 26. I cant wait!

Evan Rachel Wood Sports New & Very Short Haircut!

Even Rachel Wood has always been known for her long locks of hair but it looks like the True Blood star is going for something different this summer.

I actually don't mind the pixie look on her. She wears it really well and I like that it has a very wild style. As much as I dont care for her acting ability, she's beautiful and I love the outfit she's sporting.  I have to say the back of the vest is my favorite.

Evan joined the cast of True Blood in L.A. for the 4th season premiere of the HBO hit show, which airs this upcoming Sunday, June 26.

Evan Rachel Wood Sex's It Up In Esquire Magazine

The beautiful 23-year-old actress opted to keep some of her clothes on for her Esquire photo shoot. In case you missed it, Evan Rachel Wood stared in HBO's hit mini series 'Mildred Pierce' and was absolutley fantastic.

In Esquire's new issue Evan opens up about bisexual dating life, her 9 tattoos (one of which she keeps to herself) and relationships.

"I'm constantly changing, I'm constantly growing. I think I'm a little controversial? ... I just try and keep some mystery, so hopefully people can't really put their finger on it."

According to Esquire, the director of 'Life Before Her Eyes' dared her to shed a single tear out of a single eye as soon as he called "action" and she did it, on cue.

"I was a teenager in Hollywood with a divorced family — there's gonna be pain there," she says. "I've got plenty to draw from."

When asked about her {odd-matched on/off} relationship with rocker Marilyn Manson she stated:

"I think one of the things that freaked people out so much is that we looked so different."

The young starlet is having some great luck with jobs as she'll be staring in her first adult role alongside hottie George Clooney in 'The Ides of March', which will be released this fall. Moving on to adult roles isn't the only thing that's going on her life either, she'll be moving to New York City as well says...

"I'm up for anything. Meet a nice guy, meet a nice girl..."

When asked straight forward if she dates women she promptly answers "Yes" and follow it up with:

"Yeah, I'm more kind of like the guy when it comes to girls. I'm the dominant one. I'm opening the doors, I'm buying dinner. Yeah, I'm romantic."

In regards to her ninth and secret tattoo...all she'll say is that it's on the inside of her lip.

"No one gets to see it or know what it says."
