'Teen Mom' Amber Portwood Attempts Suicide

Accoring to Ok! Magazine, 'Teen Mom' star Amber Portwood attempted suicide yesterday by overdosing on morphine pills.

Amber hasn't had the easiest of times lately, with her losing custody of her 2-year-old daughter Leah and her domestic disputes with on/off boyfriend Gary Shirley.

MTV released a statement yesterday saying:

“Our understanding is that Amber has been admitted to a local hospital but we have not been able to confirm the accuracy of any reports being circulated and are waiting for further details. Our thoughts are with her and we hope to hear more soon.”

Reports are that Amber is indeed at a hospital now and in stable condition.

'Teen Mom' Amber Portwood Gets A Mother's Day Kiss

I thought for sure it was going to be over with these two the day that Amber went all Ike Turner on Gary. Guess he likes getting beat up...by a girl *shrug*.

Amber Portwood, star of the original 'Teen Mom' MTV show not only received a Mother's Day balloon but also got a (gross) kiss from on/off boyfriend Gary Shirley.

These two crazies have a daughter, Leah, together.

Original 'Teen Mom' Cast Reunite In Hollywood

The entire original cast of 'Teen Mom' gathered over the weekend in Hollywood, CA to shoot a reunion special with Dr. Drew.

The show is set to return in June. I wonder if the new season will cover Amber's nude photo, discuss Farrah's rumored book deal? I hear Maci is still with her {semi} cute boyfriend Kyle...she's the only one that's ever seemed to have at least half of her life together so I'm glad she's still with him.
