Ashley Tisdale released a three-track EP on December 12, 2006 prior to the release of her debut album. The EP was released to promote the album and has the original version of the song, "Headstrong" and "Last Christmas". The EP was available for purchase at the High School Musical: The Concert. In June 2009, a remixes EP was released on iTunes, which contained over 10 remixes of the song.

 "He Said She Said" is the album's final official single in the United States. In January 2007, it entered the Billboard Hot 100 at #77. It reached its peak on the chart in January 2008 at #58, following the single's September 2007 re-release, coinciding with the release of the music video. In Germany, the song peaked at #17 and stayed on the chart for fifteen weeks.The song was certified Gold by the RIAA.
