Scarlett Johansson's  recent situation is being deemed as a criminal act, Celebrity and nude photo scandals seem to go hand-in-hand.

After nude photos of the “He’s Just Not That Into You” babe were leaked online earlier this morning, TMZ reports that the FBI is said to be taking on the investigation.

It was initially reported that a photo hacker stole the shots from this hot celebrity cell phone, but it is yet-to-be-determined if the pics are the originals.

Johansson is one of the many celebs to fall victim of a hacker. Others include Jessica Alba, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Christina Aguilera, Vanessa Hudgens, Ali Larter and Miley Cyrus.
