'The Office' Star Jenna Fischer Welcomes Son!

The actress that plays the lovable Pam Halpert on NBC's hit show The Office has given birth to a son!

37-year-old Jenna Fischer and husband Lee Kirk welcomed son Weston Lee on Saturday, September 24. According to Fischer's rep:

"Mom and baby are doing great,"

 For those who are fellow fans of the show will already know this but Fischer's character on the show is also pregnant and expecting a son with TV husband Jim Halpert. The writers decided to write in Fischer's real pregnancy for the new season...cute.

This is the couples first child, they have been together since 2009 and were married in 2010.

Spoiler: Jenna Ficsher's Pregnancy Will Be Written Into 'The Office'

Jenna Fischer being pregnant isn't going to slow down the production of the 8th season of The Office...in fact they're writing it in. 

That's right, Dunder Mifflin's own Pam Halpert will be pregnant with Jim's second baby! The dilio is that the baby is a result of the Halperts' drunken hookup in the office on Valentine's Day in the episode "PDA."

Jenna was actually the one to confirm the news during a recent interview.

"When we started shooting that episode, I thought to myself, If everything goes well, this is going to be a very, very convenient coincidence," Fischer told the site. "And I think I found out I was pregnant when we were shooting that episode."

Production of season 8 will resume next week and is set to air it's first episode on Sept. 22 @ 9pm (pst) on NBC.

Jenna's currently been making the rounds promoting her newest film A Little Help, where she plays a woman who gets entangled into a series of bizarre lies in order to take care of herself and her 12-year-old son.

She looks great, and she's glowing at the premiere of the movie.

37-year-old Jenna recently became an aunt and expressed her want for kids someday:

"I already wanted kids, but even more so now."

 The couple was engaged in 2009 were married last summer. Congratulation to the happy couple!
