Celebrity gossip-As she readies for her jailhouse check-in, Lindsay Lohan stepped out for a weekend meal with her friends in Venice Beach, CA on Saturday night (November 5).

In no mood to be photographed, the black outfit clad actress quickly covered up her face as she exited Wabi-Sabi restaurant following her sushi supper.

As for her current legal standing, LiLo has been ordered to report to the Lynwood Regional Correctional Facility to serve her probation violation sentence - with the latest date in which she's allowed to turn herself in being November 9th.

And though she was dealt a 30 day term, it's widely believed that the 25-year-old will be released within 48 hours due to jail overcrowding.

The actress recently underwent a ton of criticism after being photographed with a not so nice looking smile. Actually, it resembled the smile of a chain smoking crack head...

Lohan has recently signed a contract with Playboy magazine to do a fully nude spread so maybe this new smile has something to do with it.

Gossip Baby Lindsay Lohan Get More Than a Year Behind Bars

Lindsay Lohan could be sentenced to nearly a year-and-a-half in jail if Judge Stephanie Sautner decides she violated her probation ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the computations are complicated, because Lindsay has had so many cases.  But based on the 120 day suspended sentence for shoplifting, time served under house arrest, and her prior DUIs, Lindsay could be thrown in jail for a long, long time.

We've learned Lindsay MUST be in court Wednesday to face the judge ... and the judge has lots of questions, including why Lindsay was a no-show 9 times at the Downtown Women's Center, where she was performing her community service.  And the judge will almost certainly want to know why Lindsay didn't comply with the order to spend a minimum of 4 hours at a time when she showed up at the Women's Center.

TMZ broke the story, Lindsay was booted from the Women's Center because of all the problems and reassigned to the American Red Cross.

And one more thing.  The judge will almost certainly ask Lindsay why she didn't meet with her shrink every Monday for 1 hour, as required by court order.  Lindsay claims she did a bunch of therapy sessions by phone.

Lindsay Lohan is telling friends she did NOT blow off her court-mandated therapy sessions when she traveled to Paris last month ... insisting she talked to the shrink over the phone instead. 

Lohan says she cleared the two-week trip with her probation officer ... allowing her to travel to France for a modeling job.


Lohan claims the P.O. and her therapist BOTH gave approval for Lindsay to complete her therapy sessions over the phone ... and she did ... twice. Lohan claims each phone session lasted 45 minutes.

Lohan has been warned by Judge Sautner ... she is not allowed to miss even ONE therapy session, or her probation would be violated.

Lindsay doesn't know why anyone would argue that she didn't complete her requirements -- but she strongly believes the probation department is out to get her ... and desperately wants to make an example out of her.

We're told Lindsay "can't wait" to go to court on Wednesday to tell her side of the story

The sighting comes just after a Radar Online report claimed that LiLo has been blowing off her court-ordered community service hours - which she and her rep have both denied.
Of the claim, Lohan told E! News, "I've done tons of DWC community service. You guys [Radar] are way off par on your inadequate and negative assumptions."
The 25-year-old's rep added, "Lindsay has been performing community service at the Downtown Women's Center for months now. There are dozens of paparazzi shots of her going in and out of the facility. How could anyone think she is not doing her community service?"

Lindsay Lohan Test Positive For Alcohol

Man, this girl is seriously messed up. First the drugs & alcohol, then the stealing and now she fails? Dang Linds it's not that hard to stay away from the booze.

According to OK! magazine the has-been actress tested positive for alcohol last week and headed back into to court for like the thousandth time this morning. Honestly, they need to just leave this girl in the slammer for a few months. If you keep breaking the rules then you deserve the punishment that any other citizen would get...jail time.

TMZ reported that Lindsay Lohan was tested twice last week. She tested positive for one test and negative on the other. On of them was taken right after she had a BBQ rooftop party...go figure. At least the girl tested negative for drugs on both tests.

Wilmer Valderrama & Demi Lovato Dating?

There were rumors of these two hooking up before Demi Lovato entered rehab a few months away but Wilmer Valderrama's reps squashed that.

Now that 18 year old Demi out of rehab the rumors are back. News reports (via MTV) state that she and 31 year old Wilmer were spotted on a movie date at Shermann Oaks Galleria's Arclight Cinemas in Los Angeles and were also seen at Whole Foods.

It really wouldn't surprise me if this rumor was true considering Wilmer has a long list of lovely starlets on his "ex" list. He's been known to have dated bad girl Lindsay Lohan, rocker Avril Lavigne, lame-o Ashlee Simpson, cutie Mandy Moore, hottie Mila Kunis and Jennifer Love Hewitt.
