And though she was dealt a 30 day term, it's widely believed that the 25-year-old will be released within 48 hours due to jail overcrowding.

Cancel Sydney Show Schedule Janet Jackson

Celebrity news-While it was supposed to be the second of a three night run, it turns out that Janet Jackson took the stage for the final time in the Land Down Under as part of her NUMBER ONES: Up Close & Personal tour on Saturday night (November 5).

The 45-year-old disappointed ticket holding fans as she canceled her final scheduled appearance at the Sydney Opera House just one hour before the gig was supposed to get underway on Sunday.

The news was announced via a statement from Janet's Australian promoter, as the Dainty Group cited doctor's orders for vocal rest as the cause of the scrapped show.

With no rescheduled date planned, fans have to settle for refunds on their tickets, as the Dainty Group told in their official release: "It is with regret that Dainty Group announces that tonight's Janet Jackson Number Ones: Up Close and Personal concert, at the Sydney Opera House, cannot proceed. Doctors have ordered Miss Jackson to undertake vocal rest for the next 2 days, so she can complete the 3rd and final show of her Australian tour, this Tuesday night at the Sydney Opera House."

Celebrity gossip-Kelly Clarkson has admitted to "stalking" fellow songstress Adele in hopes of nabbing a duet with her.

During a recent interview with MTV, the "Stronger" singer dished about the mass of female artists on the radio today, telling, "I always think it's healthy to have a lot of stuff out there, and there's room for everybody, because everybody is so different, especially all the women right now in the industry. We're all very different from each other, which I think is good. It keeps it not boring."

Kelly harkened back to a previous comment to the press, in which she told, "I want to punch Adele in the face! She is just too good," Kelly explained, "That's a term of endearment for me. I think maybe overseas that didn't read well. I meant more to be funny. She's just so talented; she's just so ridiculous it's upsetting." 

As for teaming up with the "Someone Like You" singer, Miss Clarkson said she's trying her best land a collaboration, jokingly explaining, "I'm stalking her currently through interviews. Every interview, they are like, 'Who do you want to work with?' 'Adele! I want to do a duet with Adele!' " Clarkson said. "I've been stalking her since we did '[VH1] Divas' together, actually, and we were supposed to sing together, and then they changed the concept to where we would sing with somebody from a different generation. That was actually really cool, because I got to sing with Melissa Etheridge, and she's amazing. That wasn't like a letdown or anything, but I've been trying to sing with [Adele] for a while."

An insider shared, "She was so ill. She could barely stand up. She was pushing herself to do the show, but she couldn't do it in the end. At the Globe Rihanna was close to passing out. It got serious. She couldn't even get up to leave. So she slept in her dressing room until about half an hour after midnight and then they helped her out to the car and back to her hotel."

Hot Celebrity Gossip - A photographer who claims to have had a run-in with Demi Moore yesterday has filed a battery report about the incident ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the photographer (who was not TMZ) claims Moore struck him as he tried to shoot her yesterday. We're told it's unclear where Moore allegedly struck the photog, but he displayed no visible injuries.

Judging from the photos of the incident ... it appears the pap was way too close and in her face. forceful

According to our sources, the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department will be given the complaint and investigate.

The 'AM to PM' singer's attorney Randy Kessler revealed yesterday (24.10.11) that the final paperwork was signed by the judge presiding over their case in Atlanta earlier this month.

She hinted at her newly single status on her twitter page, writing: " I love freedom... Freedom to be.. To love... To have no boundaries... I love the unexpected, to break the rules. And to OWN my decisions. (sic)"

Christina married the rapper - real name Terius Nash - in Las Vegas in September 2009 and while he served her with divorce papers nine days before she gave birth to the couple's daughter Violet in February 2010, they are said to have reached an amicable settlement agreement.

Mr. Kessler has previously said: "Ms. Milian strongly believes that peaceful resolution is better for their child and she is very pleased with the settlement and that it was accomplished out of court."

The couple only announced their decision to split after The-Dream was spotted canoodling on the beach with another woman.

His spokesperson said at the time: "Terius 'The-Dream' Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward."

The hot celebrity Kristin Davis - who announced she had adopted the tot earlier this month - says when she first took responsibility for the little girl she was worried she wasn't doing everything right.

She said: "I was nervous about whether it would work out. Then when Gemma came to my house she was so tiny and precious that I was nervous I would hurt her. It is an amazing thing to be a responsible for a tiny baby and I just wanted her to have the best care and all the love possible."

The 46-year-old beauty - who has adopted Gemma as a single parent - is loving every minute of parenthood as she had wanted to be a mother for such a long time.

She added in an interview with Britain's Hello! magazine: "I have been thinking about adoption for a long time. And it had taken me a while to feel that I could take on parenthood by myself. It is a huge change in my life, but one I am so ready for.

"I love taking care of Gemma more than I ever could have imagined. She is a very easy baby, she is easily soothed and is sleeping really well. She lets me know when she is uncomfortable and knows how to speak her mind already - in her own baby language, of course."

Mitch - who set up the charity in memory of his daughter, who was found dead at her London home in July - told The Sun newspaper: "If we could pick Sarah up when she recovers and put her in front of a school assembly to tell those kids the reality of drinking and alcoholism, it would be making a big start.

"Sarah will be ideal, but all in good time when she has faced her own problems.

"There might be some kids who actually take notice of what she has to say.

"We have been working with a group called Concordiat and we are going to take people in recovery into schools to speak about alcohol and drug issues. Who better to talk to kids than the people who have been there and done it?"

The foundation - which launched on September 14, which would have been Amy's 28th birthday - has already made three $16,000 donations to charities close to the late singer - children's hospices Littlehaven's and Chestnut Tree House, as well as Hopes And Dreams, which gives holidays to ill kids.

Another major donation from the charity is set to come from the sales of 'Body & Soul', the song Amy recorded with Tony Bennett at Abbey Road Studios in London in March.

On the major cinema circuit, Madonna took over the spotlight at the 55th Annual BFI London Film Festival on Sunday night.

Madonna was on hand for the first showing of her directorial effort "W.E." while joined at the Empire Leicester Square venue by guests including Graham Norton, Claudia Winkleman and Liz Rosenberg.

She Set to hit theaters December 9th, “W.E.” is a two-tiered love story about Wally Winthrop, a woman in 1999 who is infatuated with the 1930s marriage of King Edward VIII.
Starring Abbie Cornish, James D’Arcy and Andrea Riseborough, the film gracefully weaves the past and present into two parallel plots.

The film - which is set to his cinemas on December 21st - revolves around the character of Tintin, an intrepid young reporter whose pursuit of a good story thrusts him into a world of high adventure.

Michael Jackson is Responsible for His Death

Michael Jackson lifestyle was not so good.A medical expert has told jurors it is a "possibility" Michael Jackson could have caused his own death.

Anesthesiologist Dr. Steven Shafer is spending his fourth day on the witness stand today (21.10.11) in the trial of the late singer's personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray, whohas been charged with involuntary manslaughter of the pop star after he was accused of giving the 'Thriller' hitmaker an overdose of Propofol while trying to help him sleep.

When asked whether Michael could have caused his own death by removing a clamp on an intravenous line of Propofol, Shafer replied: "That's a possibility."

But the medical expert said that hasn't changed his opinion that Murray was culpable in the singer's death.

Coroner's officials have determined the singer died from acute Propofol intoxication and also noted there was anti-anxiety drug lorazepam in Michael's system in June 2009.

Shafer explained there is no way to determine whether Murray or the singer were responsible for starting the flow of the drug that dripped into Michael's veins.

Murray's lawyers claim Michael woke up when the physician left the room and gave himself the drug, but Shafer said this possible outcome was "in no way exculpatory" because Murray would've had to set up the procedure.

Defense lawyer Ed Chernoff began cross-examining Shafer by attacking the conclusions he has reached in court during his testimony.

Chernoff said to him: "You understand that everything you said in the last three days was your opinion."

And Shafer replied: "I stated my name, which I think was a matter of fact."

The defense lawyers are expected to bring forward Murray's case following Shafer's testimony.

Murray - who denies involuntary manslaughter - faces up to four years in prison if he is found guilty.
