Zooey Deschanel & Husband Ben Gibbard Split!

New Girl star Zooey Deschanel and Death Cab for Cutie rocker husband Ben Gibbard have called it quits. 

The pair have yet to comment on their break up but the actresses rep did confirm the news to PEOPLE. 

"It's amicable, it's mutual," a source says of the couple's decision to split. "The intention is to move forward with a divorce."

31-year-old Deschanel and 35-year-old Gibbard married in 2009 near Seattle. 

They made a really cute couple, too bad they couldn't work out their problems. Zooey's super cute though, I doubt she'll have any problem finding a new fella.

Kim Kardashian Filing For Divorce After 72 Days Of Marriage

And no one's surprised.

Reality TV star and socialite Kim Kardashian is rumored to be filing for divorce from husband Kris Humphries this morning. The couple has only been married a whopping 72 days.

According to TMZ, Kim will not be seeking annulment and is a garden variety divorce, in which she cites "irreconcilable differences" and the date of separation is listed as October 31, 2011.

Kim has hired disso-queen Laura Wasser, who has repped the likes of Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Angelina Jolie, Ryan Reynolds, and Robyn Gibson, Mel's almost ex-wife.

 Kim & Kris married on August 20 in a very large & televised wedding affair in Mentecito, CA. The two did sign a prenuptial agreement.

Like I said before, no one's really surprised about this news...I know I'm not. I didn't think they made a good couple and I don't ever see this girl settling down either.

Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony Are Splitting Up...No Big Surprise

The 41-year-old actress-singer Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony announced today that they are splitting up after 7 years of marriage.

“We have decided to end our marriage,” the couple says in a joint statement to OK!. “This was a very difficult decision.”

The couple was married in a private ceremony in 2004. 

I personally never thought these two made a good couple. JLo always seemed like she was into the manlier men and Marc is definitely not masculine, he's more skin & bones. 

They have 2 kids together, twins Emme & Max.

Nicholas Cage's Son Is Divorcing His Wife After 2 Months Of Marriage

And if that wasn't sad enough...she's also pregnant!

Weston Cage and Nikki Williams were only married two months ago but after both of their arrests due to domestic violence these two are officially calling it quits.

Gotta admit...I'm not really all that surprised. Not one bit. Also have to say he's pretty funky looking.

The situation got a little trashier when Weston took to his Facebook page to post random updates such as this one:

"dear world

i was misdiagnosed with bipolar and approved cogent when kevin assaulted me i was too drunk to fight back, that's why i'm not sore about the video. so dont judge a battle of where my vigor was abated by deathly amounts of booze. never hit my sife. why would i start abusing after she was positive after taking a pregnant-c test."

He's also claiming Nikki is the abuser and he's the victim.

"It's hard to believe but I was the one abused... I got three witnesses, a video recording, I was sober."

and added

"I'm not gonna be the one that gets dumped. Because it just wouldn't make sense. Why would I abuse the person I was trying to save?" he asked. "If I hit somebody which I haven't done in years... you want war, fine? Then let's have war. You want peace, I prefer that."

Weston then reverted back to Jr. High School by posting a lame ass poll asking friends to vote yes or no on whether he should divorce Nikki. You can check out his video here but I think he got enough votes because he posted this-->

Maria Shriver Files For Divorce!

Maria Shriver has officially filed for divorce from ex-CA Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The couple who had been married for 25 years separated in May 2011 due to Schwarzenegger fathering a child with their housekeeper more than a decade ago.

The petition requests that Schwarzenegger and Shriver share joint physical and legal custody of their two minor sons, ages 17 and 13.

'Teen Mom' Leah's Husband Corey Is Rumored To Have Cheated With This Girl?

'Teen Mom' star Leah Messer filed for divorce from husband Corey Simms last Friday after only 6 months of marriage.

It's been rumored that a divorce was brought on because of financial and childcare fights but now there are claims that Corey wasn't all that faithful & cheated with Jordan Humble, who he may or may not have met at the local Dairy Queen.

Leah was one of my favorites on the show and I think she can do a whole better than this goofy looking dude.

Did Tony Hawk Leave His Wife For His Best Friends Wife?

Professional skateboarder Tony Hawk filed for divorce from his third wife , Lhotse Merriam on February 11, 2011 but now there are reports that he may have left her for his best friends wife.

According to the New York Post’s Page Six Lhotse found about the relationship in December 2010 after finding a plane ticket for his best friend/business partner Matt Goodman's wife, Cathy. Apparently, Tony had booked her a ticket so she could join him in San Francisco.

Tony Hawk and Lhotse Merriam were married in 2006, 2 years after his divorce from his second wife Erin, who was his former nanny. Tony and Matt have reportedly been good friends since childhood.  

Matt has been married to Cathy for nearly 20 years and have two children together, they are now separated.

I wonder if this story is true and if it is, how the heck could you do that to one of your best friends? Hasn't this dude heard of 'bros before ho's'?

Ashlee Simpson Goes Grocery Shopping

Ashlee Simpson was photographed coming out of a grocery store in Encino, CA today with her son, Bronx. 

Ashlee is currently trying to work out divorce details with musician husband Pete Wentz. The couple separated earlier this year and decided to separate/divorce after only 2 1/2 years after marriage. Ashlee currently has sole custody of their son and Pete has visitation rights.

Michael C. Hall Walks Home After Yoga Class

The hot 'Dexter' star keeps healthy by attending a Yoga class near his home in CA. Michael C. Hall recently split from wife and 'Dexter' co-star Jennifer Carpenter after nearly two years of marriage. Jennifer Carpenter officially filed for divorce from the stud in December, claiming irreconcilable differences.

The buzz around the Hollywood net was that thee marriage problems began after Michael and Julia Stiles were cast together in this season of the SHOWTIME hit show. Julia Stiles released a statement to People magazine about the rumor:

“I have absolutely nothing to do with the split between Michael and Jennifer. We are good friends and enjoyed working together,”

I really thought they'd make it through, especially after Michael C. Hall's recovery from cancer. Either way, I just hope their issues don't leak onto the Dexter set. That show it too precious to ruin because of a little Hollywood divorce.

Jon Gosselin Tweets "I'm NOT Back With Kate"

We've all heard of them, Jon & Kate Gosselin. The drama that was caused by their highly publicised divorce and fight to keep filming their reality show was thought to be over but these just can't seem to stay out of the limelight.

There have been a couple of rumors swirling around the net that Jon (now a Solar Panel installer) and now very fit Kate could be getting back together. Jon however felt the need to set the record straight by tweeting the following on Wednesday:

"No, I am NOT back with Kate." and "Sorry to burst your bubble, the tabloids are wrong once again."

As much as I believe every child should have both of it's parents, I also believe that these two were not meant for each other. I remember watching 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' and although the first couple of seasons were peachy keen, it was the last seasons where we got to witness them fighting like cats & dogs.
